This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to registrations
made for Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon 2026.
1. Registration Fees
- 5 KM – ₹399
- 10 KM – ₹899
- 21 KM – ₹899
2. Participant Cancellation
Once a registration has been successfully completed and
confirmed, the registration fee is generally
non-refundable.
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
- Change of mind after registration
- Failure to attend the event
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Travel-related issues
- Failure to complete the race
- Disqualification due to violation of event rules
3. Duplicate Payment
If the same participant is charged more than once for the
same registration due to a technical or payment-processing
issue, the duplicate payment may be eligible for refund
after verification.
4. Payment Deducted but Registration Failed
If payment is successfully deducted but the registration is
not generated or confirmed due to a technical issue, please
contact the event support team with the transaction details.
After verification, the registration may be confirmed or the
eligible payment may be refunded.
5. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organisers and no
alternative event arrangement is provided, eligible
registrations may be refunded according to the cancellation
announcement issued by the organisers.
6. Event Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled, existing registrations may be
transferred to the revised event date. Any refund option,
where applicable, will be communicated by the organisers.
7. Changes Due to Safety or Unavoidable Circumstances
Race routes, timings or event arrangements may be changed
because of weather, safety concerns, security requirements,
government directions or circumstances beyond reasonable
control. Such operational changes do not automatically
create an entitlement to a refund.
8. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated
within
7–10 business days.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the
participant's account may vary depending on the bank or
payment service provider.
9. How to Request a Refund
For an eligible refund request, contact us with:
- Participant name
- Registered mobile number
- Race category
- Payment amount
- Transaction / payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request
