These Terms & Conditions apply to registrations for
Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon 2026
,
scheduled for 4 October 2026 at
Air Force Station Maharajpura Sports Ground
.
1. Event Registration
Participants must provide complete and accurate information
while registering for the marathon. Registration will be
considered complete only after the required registration fee
has been successfully paid and the registration has been
confirmed.
2. Registration Fees
- 5 KM Race – ₹399
- 10 KM Race – ₹899
- 21 KM Race – ₹899
Applicable registration charges must be paid through the
payment options available on the website.
3. Registration Deadline
Registrations are scheduled to close on
27 September 2026.
Registration may also close earlier if participant capacity
is reached.
4. Participant Information
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the name,
mobile number, email address, race category, T-shirt size and
other information submitted during registration is correct.
5. Race Categories
Participants must participate only in the race category for
which they have registered. Requests for race-category
changes will be subject to availability and approval by the
event organisers.
6. Timed BIB
Timed BIB facilities are applicable only to participants
registered in the
10 KM and 21 KM
categories.
7. Race Day Benefits
Eligible registered participants may receive event benefits
such as an official race T-shirt, medal, participation
certificate, runner cap, refreshments and energy drink,
subject to the applicable event conditions and availability.
8. Participant Fitness & Safety
Every participant is responsible for assessing their own
physical fitness and ability to participate. Participants
should seek appropriate medical advice before participating
if they have any health concerns.
All participants must follow instructions issued by event
officials, security personnel, medical teams and race
marshals.
9. Event Changes
The organisers may modify race timings, routes, reporting
instructions, event arrangements or other operational details
when required due to safety, security, weather, government
directions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
10. Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour
and comply with all event and venue rules. The organisers may
refuse participation or disqualify a participant for unsafe,
disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
11. Photography & Event Media
Photographs and videos may be captured during the event for
event documentation, promotion and related communication.
Any use of participant images will be handled in accordance
with applicable law.
12. Payments
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment
service providers. Participants must complete the payment
using the payment methods made available during registration.
13. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests will be governed by our
